Buell

I was in the Harley dealership in Stockport last week and they have a couple in. My thoughts were it seems to be well made and looked very nice but the seating position was just to high and it reminded me of a true offroader rather than dual purpose. I tink it would be a blast on the road (which is where it will be most of the time) but the exhaust offered very limited ground clearance. I really like the Hepco and Becker luggage. Good price as well.

I would like a change from the GS ( don't quite know why) and fancy a KTM950/990 or the Buell.

Neither seems to make sense new but both of 'em are way cheaper at 1 year old / 6-10kmiles than a similar spec' 1200GS.

Good luck and let us know how you get on if you buy one :thumb

correct your wrong!

5000 mile service intervals and two year unlimited mileage warranty,

thanks for that, - I was not certain of the facts, - think it was Bike magazine that always quoted the interval at 2500, - or maybe that was for Harley?

PS as we are helping out here, - "your" is not short for you are, - you 're is. Sorry pedantic I know :bounce1

Thanks for the english lesson ;)

Glad to see people taking information as truth from magazines as they always get the info correct :D :D :D

2500 miles are harleys or buells upto 2003.

5000 miles on all bikes 04 onwards.
