Bulgaria..detailed maps

hi, my mate wants to go propery hunting in Bugaria and said he will buy maps for my Garmin if he can borrow it for the trip.
Has anyone got exprience of detailed routable maps of Bulgaria in NT or Non NT form so I can get them for him.

Bulgaria ,Romania only has around 20% coverage, i used latest tom tom maps n only had major roads , yer better off contacting the local mayor 1st then try sales agent n let them show yer around..

no your not, u,l get ripped off, go to a village you like and ask the mayor 1st,they usually know whats for sale. the agents will add ten grand to the price, i can give you numbers of good solicitors though, over there
look in the agents shops but try find the buyer private, a house on the net will be 5000 dearer when you get there too, i used sales agent till i saw an area i liked , then try to go alone, (with a good solicitor on board) ,,,she had a nice arse too
