Buyers Remorse?

My only concern is that the 1st to 3rd restrictions may have been put in to protect the transmission, I don't want to reduce the Yam tranny to a BMW level of FD unreliability

I doubt it, same tranny as the 180BHP V-Max and 140BHP FJR1300, and seeing as nobody has managed to blow up an FD yet I think it is pretty tough. Most likely restrictions are to help with noise / emissions regs, also (oddly) the S10 has no fresh air bleed into the exhausts which would have made the engineers job of getting the bike through emissions even harder.

Whenever you do the Flash you will wish you had done it sooner, everyone does, .
