Buying used: mileage Vs fabrication

I've always had adventures but I've recently reverted to a 1300gs and difference in weight and bulk is really noticeable, my garage is approx 100 yards up an unsurfaced lane, if I remember correctly it's around 40kg lighter.

Ha Ha, I have a GS with 50/50 tires just for my 200yd driveway. Pushing it up a slight incline on soft ground just ain't going to happen. 5 or 10 years ago I could have picked either. Today I still can handle the regular GS.
