My first experience of a BMW dealer. It not only surpassed my previous experiences with other dealers (Honda, Kawasaki, Aprilia) but also that of my BMW Car dealer.
Even as a new customer (bought my GS from an Aprilia dealer where I traded my Aprilia in) they were welcoming and lent me a bike without any qualms while mine was being serviced and MOT'd.
Were honest enough to say that my front pads would need renewing before the next service but had not heaped on the extra expense of doing it now unnecessarily.
So, highly recommended.
P>S> They fitted a new sight glass. For the first time I can see my oil level. Now I can go back and read all those threads about the best way to check the oil level !!!!!!!
