Looks good in black, but as usual - it'll be a lot more than $969/2 over here

Since the Zumo buttons are on the LHS already - can't see much advantage

BMW used to get away with selling the BMW Navigators due to the left hand buttons offered only by them, this is going to be a little more difficult.

Since the Zumo buttons are on the LHS already - can't see much advantage

Not to you but a great advantage to BMW since they charge £300 for having "BMW" on it.
