Ahh yes

After a talk with an interested party , he asked me what they look like from
the Top !
There are 3 wee pieces the Main one is held in place with Velcro.
But yes they are a sealed bag.

Let's face it we know the answer already, it depends...

depends on the colour options taken

depends on the fastening options taken

depends on the litreage of the chosen bag

depends on the colour of the thread taken

depends, depends, depends, depends.

But they will be a bargain, the best available and a steal.

Well For what they are i think they are Keenly priced
It does,nt depend on Colour options ,
Nor Literage , Nor Colour of thread , its one price
for a set of what are essentially pannier liners.
They may / may not, be the Best available,
but they will be serviceable , long after the Fancy stuff has
bowed out.
They cost 40GBP per pair.
Thats a slight increase on the previous offerings,

Best Value Liners

I was just reading another post about another makers liners and :nono :
£200 for a set of pannier liners ! . £40GBP
Louis vitton they are not , but They do what they say on the Tin !.
