Hi Glyno noticed you stay in Orba, is that Orba near Denia? I am moving to Llombai about 60 miles north of you in the next few months. It would be good to get some local knowledge of good biking roads.

Hallo Floyd

I am new to this forum but have seen that you are to come and live at Llombai. I am living close to there in Xativa.

There are many good roads for motorcycling with the GS in this area and of course then mountain passes of the Pyranees are not too far from us too. Much less kilometres than from you in Scotland. I have been to Scotland one time for the Edinburgh festival and to visit the highlands at Glenco and Fort William. Where do you live?

I hope that perhaps we can meet when you are here to live? Many excellent roads to ride and sights to be seen.

Yes Orba is about 10 miles inland from Denia and from where you are moving to you will have access to some fantastic biking roads.As in the UK and eslewhere Sundays traditonally brings out loads of bikers heading for the mountain ranges and national park which command the inland from the beaches.The area is also very popular with the cycling community.The roads are similar to alpine routes and you can easliy get yourself lost in the wilderness,as I have more than once so a map is always handy.

Hi Javi, Thanks for the reply, I currently live in Lossiemouth on the North East coast of Scotland. I am planning to move to Llombia in May or June .It would be great to meet up and go for a run.

Hi Glyn, Thanks for the reply.I have seen them all out on a Sunday (pretty crazie) I have also had a drive( in the car) through then National park near Dos Aguas, stunning road and scenery.Will hopefully meet up with you and Javi when I get settled in.

Hi Mike, yes I now see it on my map of Scotland.

I will take time off my work for any excuse for riding my GS and taking you for a ride will be my pleasure. Also to introduce you to some of our great roads and maybe meet some other motor cyclists who come into my bar.
