Calliper Piston Turning Tool

Serviced the brakes the other day, noted that the calliper pistons were not hollow! Anyone else turned their pistons, if so what did you use to turn them in order to clean all the crud off em?

They should turn by hand ;) , then again if they've stuck to the seal, you may split the seal if you attemp to turn it.

You can buy piston rewind tools, but i think you need a slotted / grooved piston for that tool,

I just pushed mine back in by hand, and greased the seals , and made sure they were free

Was fearful that BMW may have had some weird way of doing it :-) All greased up and moving freely, feeling like new instead of spongy.
