campsites Sweden, advice please

I'm off for a quick blast to Stockholm early August. Anette is flying, I decided I needed a long spin so am taking the bike. Out and back on the Newcastle-Ijmuiden ferry and then off to Sweden across the bridge to Malmo. After that the plan is roughly to go up along the coast up to Stockholm (Akersberga).

As I'm thinking of taking the tent, I've been looking into campsites.

All I seem to be able to get through searches is the bigger "family friendly" sites. Anybody on here know of any good smaller sites or some good spots for wild camping?

You can wild camp anywhere in Sweden as long as your not within 100m of the nearest abode... or your not German

the mozzies in Sweden nearly finished me off last year they were relentless.

However I would not worry about any campsites as they are everywhere well signed and easy to find off the main roads.

We just rode until we got tired and looked for somewhere to stop, never had any problems at all.

All the sites are unbelievably well maintained compared to anywhere else I have found but as already stated you can camp anywhere off the road as long as you dont light fires etc and dont camp on someones front lawn.

Just come back and they are thriving!, get a camping card before you go, don't bother with a tent all sites (lots of these about) have chalets at very reasonable price get in one of these and no Mossies and they have got curtains to shut out the brilliant sunshine at midnight. (a fact not a joke) It does NOT get dark at all, cheaper than Norway (beer £6 a pint!) Denmark even dearer!.

I got the worst bites I've ever had last week above the Arctic circle in Sweden.
My nose was so swollen in the morning I couldn't breath through it - and I was in a cabin!
