I sent my rear shock off to MCT suspension for a total refurb last week and i phoned the guys yeaterday just to make sure the got it and everything was fine.
I thought the bike was a little bouncy so asked for everything to be checked out. It turns out it had no gas in it and nearly no oil.
So they did everything to it and it only cost £89 + postage back to me But here is the best bit and the reason for this post.
I got a phone call today and it was MCT, and all they wanted was, to know if Guernsey was VAT exempt, which it is, so the guy then turned round and said right ok was just checking I will take the VAT off the price.
Not once in ten years have I had any company do that, so 10 out of 10 to these guys
