Hi guys,
this problem is also posted elsewhere on the forum, but i thought as it was more laptop related there might be someone on here that could help.
basically i try to launch basecamp, and it comes up with an error message:
"C:\users\nathan\Appdata\Local\Temp\basecamp\directory"
I've had a few suggestions on how to resolve this here:

which i have tried, but with no success.
Does anyone have any other ideas as to why this isn't working?
