Just finished ep. 4, it's a proper adventure this, none of your pansy kiddy on trips to tescos. It becomes quite endearing and how they get through things and their relationship with the locals as they travel.

Being French ...helps in Africa
 
Funnily enough we found fluent french to be a bit of a hindrance as it allows ‘officialdom’ to really screw you over; broken and v bad french (mine) and you can feign ignorance to great effect.
 
Now watching ep 7 and the subtitles are very difficult to follow as they are auto generated and not making a great deal of sense at times but I'll bash on.
