carnage and destruction at the Eynsford off road bimble.....

It was a great night. Just washed ten pounds of still wet mud out of the bash plate. For those of you who do not know what a bash plate is, Dave has kindly posed his bike to show his. ;) :P

So what have I learnt from my first off-road 'experience'?

1. If this is a Fanum 'novice bimble' then I don't really fancy the advanced..

2. Get some nobblies fitted, because worn out Tourances aren't particularly good in the mud..

3. Don't fill up a 30ltr Adv tank before falling off..

4. Get one of these

for the toolbox. Just in case ;)

That's Squadron Leader Phil Reynolds that is.......

You're lucky he didn't try to claim salvage rights!!!

Just washed the bike after it's little upside down experiance and there's not a scratch on it from the fall. :D Is that lucky or what?

Can't say the same for my shoulder and ribs, however :(

You'd be better to get them washed otherwise they'll start smelling in this warm weather

Anyone fancy a re-run of this little ride?????

It's about time we went out and had some fun up that chute again :eyebrow

Big bikes only.....or you buy the drinks at the pub in Farningham ;)

Next Sunday maybe...or the one after????

(that'll be the 21st or 28th)

28th is a distinct possibility. Now I'll have to wash me bike down from the last time! How about trying to cover as much of the Pilgrims as possible?
