Renewed my Carole Nash multi bike policy last September and just received a letter and refund stating they’d made a mistake and overcharged me, even though it was cheaper than the previous policy in 2023.
I doubt it was out of kindness, probably wary of the fsa pricing rules and fines for a breach, in that they cant charge existing punters more than they would have charged you as brand new business.

I always enjoyed good service from CN right up until last year, when they weirdly said I was uninsurable because my Tmax has an Akra system on it (which they had already covered for years?). No amount of appealing made a bit of difference so they have lost me as a long term customer, a shame.

I like Carole Nash too for a multi bike policy. Think I’ve spent 10 years alternating between them and Bennett’s to get best deal. Apparently the only thing better than a shiny new customer is one that’s left and the company wants them back?! lol
