This is the big 7” widescreen version for the hard of hearing and works on the BMW wonder wheel. It’s just been updated so it will run on the newer BMW electronic mount as well as the normal one too. And now has over the air update functionality rather than the SD card route. It’s less than 1 year old and supports Apple CarPlay and Android.
There is a piece of the upper mounting clip missing (see picture) but it went all round Spain and Portugal like that with no problems.
These are £220 new. Bearing in mind there is a small piece of the mount missing…

Does it still lock into place nice and tight. i.e would it come off with little effort if applied without unlocking.

I’ve not tried forcing it off. And to be honest if you give any satnav a good shove it will come off. However it did a long trip round Spain and Portugal with no issues or problems.
