Ok guys, I’m running a 2017 without TFT screen, currently using a Wunderlinq and wondering if anyone else has made the switch, looking for pros and cons other than a lighter wallet..🙈

All the correspondence on these pages points to bods swearing of (rather than swearing at) the Carpuride.

So they are good then….🤔
If you have BMW Nav prep I believe the 702 BS would work fine and give you wonderwheel option also, I have this on a 2018 and had the original also BS version in my opinion is superb for the money and give me all the options of carplay, Navigation with Apps like MRA etc

Apparently so.

Me?

I think CarPlay works well in…. Um…. A car. That said, I’ve only in the last few months had a car adapted (new head unit) to use it, my first ever go with it.

For a bike? A decent gps device and / or a phone, will do and no need for all the ‘must have’ music and other stuff. Or just use a map!

I liked the wunderlinq, though find the carpuride screen rather than my phone, much easier to see.
Of the two, Carpuride 702 wins it for me

I had a wunderlinq, got rid, only worked on the LC, and with the Nav VI

it was buggy, and finicky to use,

i went phablet and never looked back
