ceramic thermal sprayer needed

Does anyone know someone who will do a one off ceramic thermal spray job on the expansion chamber for my cr500.

Ive rang up several companies that i found on t'interweb but they all seem to have stopped doing it! "lack of interest" being the reason apparently.

Must be someone out there who still does this for car manifolds and the like.

You presume correctly, still working on it so not had a chance to try it in anger.

The guy I used seems to know his stuff and I've no hesitation in recommending him.

Ceramic Coating

Hi,
I can personally recommend Camcoat in Warrington. (www.camcoat.com)
I've used them for a CX500 collector box, a friend used them for a pair of TZR250 spannies, both with excellent results. Hope this helps!

cheers chris, i have decided to go with your recommendation after talking to camcoat, im going to go with their "cerachrome" finish.

They reckon the thermal properties arent quite as good, but from the pictures the aesthetics are much improved.

Seemed quite friendly on the phone and knew what he was talking about. Got my business anyway.
