Chain Adjuster kit

My chain snapped at the weekend not because it was an adjustment problem was just unlucky I guess, was looking around and found this in the states but can't find it anywhere in the UK. It's on the US Touratech site but not on the European one, rang them yesterday but still waiting for a call back.
Anyone know where I'd get one from here in the UK?

What for? It's not like KTM don't fit adjusters as standard.
