Before I sell out of sheer frustration, bearing in mind I love the beast, can anyone shed some light.
If you twist the throttle whilst riding, the bike hunts and misses and then builds up slowly.
If you're riding along at a fixed throttle, it will faulter and hunt.
This happened last year and the dealer changed the Hall sensor and all fine until recently.
I found on the web how to diagnose the Motronic and the fault codes pointed to both Hall sensors; the reading kept giving 1122 and 1133.
So, today, I replaced the Hall sensors; still the same problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm frustrated as heck.
I can't afford to go out and swap the TPS, then the coil, then injectors etc.
I tried what Steptoe suggested, I checked the spray into a jam jar from the injectors and it looked good to my untrained eye and the connector reading was 16.3 ohm on each.
We've covered 71K miles, but I'm out of my depth, I feel like a right luddite and miss points and condensors.
If the diagnostic reading points to Hall sensors and these have been replaced, could it be the Motronic? I can't afford to replace that.
Please help anyone.
Cheers
