changing alloys for spokes - 1200gs

I've got a set of spoke which I'm going to swap over for my cast wheels so I can run 2 different tyre sets.

The spoke wheels have brake discs fitted, but no bolts.

Are the bolts the same size? I there anything I need to be aware of when changing them over or is it just a straight swap (non-ABS bike)
