Changing the disc on the SM rim...

So I'm thinking about upgrading the front forks but would still like to be able to use the SM rims... but that adds some complexity to getting a fork foot made up that will allow me to move the caliper...

So I was thinking - why not change the disc on the SM rim to be the same size as the dirt wheels, then I wouldn't need a fancy two caliper position foot... right? Or am I missing something obvious? And yes, I know I will lose a little stopping power, but not that much... right??

The bike cant do all road and dirt without getting

Would love to do the Kielder but I'm overseas again this weekend.

As for the forks - just had a chat with Mr Bancroft... he's going to sort me a pair of tricked out WP48s complete with pre-load adjustment. On the brake disc - I can change it... alternative, Kevin has a conversion unit allowing you to mount radial brakes... which would make it super easy to change for different size discs.

So all I have to do now is sort the bottom triple clamp...

Hi I have fited a brembo P4 gold to my hp2 and a 16mm radial pump from the hp2 sport and the forks have wilber springs with 7,5 oil in now it stopes and handels licke a proper supermoto total cost doing the work my self around 500 euros the best supermotos have a uprated motocross forks and not that when you buy a off the shelf SM but ktm 625 and 660 are a good basis from my own experance

the biger disc is to help you stop quiker on ashfelt as your travelling much faster as on mud
