Charger not recognised accessory

Hi All,

I've just bought a zumo 550 and want to charge the battery, pluging in the ac adaptor it says "not recognised accessory".

Any ideas?

Are you trying to plug in the mains charger to the mini-USB socket on the car mount rather than the Zumo unit direct? I know that this give's that message 'cause I was that knob-end as well

Yeah, I was that knob end. You are quite right. Someone in the Garmin design team is having a laugh. Ho ho king ho!
