If you are buying from the USA then you can get *much* cheaper than that.
Type the item you are looking for into http://froogle.google.com and see the results. Example search below on the Garmin 176 that you linked to:

Do bear in mind import duty & vat if you have the kit shipped to the UK. If you buy it on a US trip always order from someone in a different state to the one you are shipping the goods to so you avoid sales tax (up to 10%)
