So many people upgrade to the 'must have' latest model that cheap, lesser rated GPS units that can do everything that you ACTUALLY need are coming up regularly for stupid money.

I got a NUVI 1200 the other day.....it fits on the side fairing panel of the brick on a bit of velcro, I can hear the voice with a helmet on and it has speed cam warnings on it as well....

Cost me only a score, so it's not a huge loss if I ever forget to take it off the bike and stick it in my pocket, but it deals with day to day routing and navigation perfectly well

Don't be a GPS fashion victim.........get a bargain 'almost disposable' GPS unit, whack it on, save the 500 quid you've saved for fuel

Not when sent from Mapsource (unless I can't find the option to enable the route I sent)

It does build a route internally using via points though

Not perfect, but for a score, I'm happy enough with it
