Hi, Have been doing backups to an external harddrive.

I now have time on my hands to delete duplicates, as each time I did a backup I just dragged and dropped my folders into new folders on the hard drive. Obviously I now have duplicate files.

What utility can I use to check for duplicates and then choose wether or not to delete them.

Then what utility can I use to backup only new or edited files.

Thanks...

BTW I back up mainly a windoze PC but sometimes also my MAC.

Duplicate File Finder

Try Duplicate File Finder to find and delete duplicate files including mp3s and any type of files, Advance marking system lets you select files by date, size, and several other criteria. Duplicate files can be deleted, moved, or copied.

Duplicate Finder search duplicates using byte by byte or crc32 to give you most accurate and faster results.

Good interface with lots of features.
