cheshire police locked my pc!!!

Well wasn't them really...Looking at a very boring website about tools....and no, not that sort of tool....when My pc got locked and a page apparently from cheshire police told me i had to pay 100 quid to unlock it...

found a fix for it on google...quite a common virus apparently..
