CHOICES ??

Ok here's my question do i buy a 1200 GS ,or go back to an 1150 GS or balls out get a S10 Yamaha .Just sold my KTM smt which was a bit to road bike like for me and i want to get back to a shafty.You hear a lot of talk about the 1200 giving rear dif problems was that only a few or was it a major flaw and again the S10 had issues with the wiring loom . I sold a mint 1150 to get the KTM because i thought the 1150 was a bit dated looking and long in the tooth but when faced with whats out there maybe it's not so bad.So can anyone comment on reliabilty of the 1200 gs and the S10

If you liked the GS1150 so much (as I did) but find you're not so keen on the GS1200 why not consider a Moto Guzzi Stelvio. I'm on my second Stelvio, I swapped my GS1150 in 2009 for my first, then I got the large tank upgraded Stelvio NTX in 2011. Both of my Stelvios have been reliable, comfortable, easy to maintain, and have more character than the GS. Five years and 25,000mls later I have no regrets.

I'd be tempted by the yam, but I'd want to chop it down to become a bit more hp2 like.
