City Navigator Europe NT Unlock Code?

Took advantage of the Halfords offer and the 550 arrived today.

The City Navigator Europe NT (2008.1) DVD case says it comes with
"an 8-character coupon Code or a a 25-character Unlock Code".

The DVD slip case just shows "S/N: D*********" i.e. one letter and nine numbers.

Is this the unlock code?
