Clarke Boxes

You could use the hepco becker hoops with their mounting pucks. I have a set of pelican cases on my GSAdv using them and they work well.

Where can you get the pucks from?

Has anyone got a pic of them on a pannier?

I've got H&B frames and have a bit of a plan ;)

I was wondering if i could make a frame attached to the box to fit on the system rails, of course some form of lock-on catch would have to be designed and maybe a rear bottom corner attachment, to stop them flexing, hmmm got a few of us thinking now:confused:
Reyno;)

I've only just seen this thread but I used a clarke box as a topbox last year. Cost me 40 quid and i made an extension plate for it to sit on.

The box rattled, was absolutely massive, let water in during the first shower and to be honest looked a bit daft. Her indoors though I had become a Pizza delivery man!!

After a week I took the box off and used it as a storage box instead.

I went to the store inTwickenham as I was going to use one as a top box and I would be very supprised if they were watertight.

I know it says they are but when you see how the lid seals it's not very good.

Bad enough to not even fancy trying it for the money.

OK - I understand why you've blanked the number plate, but I'm dying to know what was so bad that you've photoshoped gravel over it. (shadow looks like a garden gnome :nenau) :D
