Round 'n' round in circles.........
Well boys at the start of the year I ripped in to for not performing how I would have expected you to.

However, time has moved on and it is always fair to pass on positive comments as well as the negative ones.

As you know you did a 6000 mile service and fitted two new tyres today, top job gang, for which I thank you.
As a bonus I was even allowed the 1200 GS to test ride while it was all being done.:D :D

But he's the best bit not even one little mark was made on the wheels either....fantastic effort, thank mark for taking the care :thumb

Unlike a friend of mine who recently took his twelve month old GS to A N Other BMW dealer, south of Birmingham, somehow (?) they managed to damage both his wheels in the process!:tosser
Best of it was, they thought that he would not notice the damage???????
Such was the damage that they agreed to replace them both FOC.

Anyway, a big cheers to Chris, Lee, Mark and Debbie well done team and please keep it up.
As for Martin...well ok you let me have the 1200GS but UR a still a fat tosser.;)

Marks on wheels!

Surely it is never acceptable to have marks on your wheels!

Praising them for doing a job proparly!

Isn't that what they're suposed to do!

I'll never take my bike to them again, I have a memory like an elephant!

In reply:-

1) Not it is surely not, but recent events at another BMW dealer proved otherwise!!!

2) Not so much praise as thanks, people are always quick to slag dealers off (me included) so sometimes its good to post something positive.

3) Yes it is, but IMHO a thank you goes a long way?

4) That was my opinion after the complete cock-up that they did with my bike after my accident at the beginning of the year.
I think that Clarks would be the first to agree that not only did
let me down, they let themselves down as well, badly I hasten to add!
OK it would have been quite easy to say sod off, (in fact I did) but that meant that I then needed a round trip of at least 100 miles to my next dealer.
So we arranged a meeting and talked about what went wrong and how both parties could agree on a settlement, the net result was that I was happy with the conclusion and so we move on.

But each to thier own?
