Classic bike show newark.

It was a half hearted attempt that didn't really work. They have regular autojumbles at Newark. this was just a cut down version of those. Wreck divers comment about the cheap tool stalls was spot on.

Was the show any good:nenau

Shite,more like a car boot sale:barf. It was hyped up in Motor Cycle Monthly that it was on a par with Stafford,not remotely close im affraid.
There were more interesting bikes in the carpark than in the show.
 
I thought it was very poor untill I picked up a mint R100RS Mono final drive for £45.00 :) on the way out.
Managed to get it home without filling the pannier with gear oil. :)
 
drove down from the north east expecing it to be as good as stafford,sadly it was nowhere near but its the 1st time its been on and the dates are booked for next year ,hopefully there will be more exhibitors.was still a decent ride out even if it did cost me £52 for a bag of pick and mix (inc diesel)
