Cleaning Flat Panel Monitor Screens

Whats the best way to clean an LCD screen?

Our LCD TV seems to have become covered in some kind of strange infant ectoplasm c/o Repo Junior and the PC monitor (Dell flat panel) is also covered in some slightly questionable emissions.

Any ideas?

You can get special cleaning fluid and soft cloths from computer consumables places like pc world etc. Microfibre cloth and a tiny amount of water on it would be o.k. too. Avoid tissue/kitchen roll though, they'll scratch the antiglare coatings.
