Cleaning Helmet Liner/Pads

I have a shoei multitec and the liner and pads from inside the helmet are removable.

Can I just chuck the lot in the washing machine to clean?

Or is it a handwash job?

Take them out.

Wash by hand. Mild shampoo, Johnson's Baby etc. does the trick. Dry in airing cupboard.

While you doing are this, boil helmet, with onions, a few veg and seasoning...great soup.
