Click Print goes to desktop ikon "Help please"

She's gone and buggered somthing up (not me honest).
When we try to print a doc or email, it doesn't print but sends a PDF ikon/short cut to the desk top.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Sounds like your default printer has been set to PDF. Take a look at your printers in control panel and make sure your desktop printer, whatever it's called, is ticked and set as default
