Clip Size?

Just been on to Motorworks to get some pipe clips for the breather pipes inside the tank of my 1100 and they tell me BMW list 4 types but they can't tell me which ones I need!

The options for the crimp clips are, 55/75, 55/80, 8-9.5mm, and 56/100! This means nothing to me but would anyone else know which of these I need please?

Do you have the correct crimp tool to fit these clips?

You may be getter off with standard screw clips.

I bought myself a selection of sizes from ebay:

From memory the breather hose clamps I used were 7-9mm but it'll depend on the specific hose you've bought...

sometime long ago I suffered this same dilema on my overflow pipes, but I used cable ties in the end, temporary fix is still working

Thanks again Matt, I've ordered a mixed bag of clips (8-13mm) from the e-bay shop.

BTW, Motorworks has the breather pipe but they have to get it from BMW that's why it's not on their site. £13.90 meter.

Edit, seems like 9mm clips will do the job.
