A number of Kerry Mountain Rescue colleagues have recently lost close family members to cancer after long & painful battles. A few rescue colleagues & I decided to do a sponsored head shave on Sat Apr 20th to raise funds for the Irish Cance Society. I dropped by Enniscorthy for the Invasion of Wexford on Fri night & many UKGSer folk were conspicously generous - thanks folks.
Collectively the head shavers are hovering around the €2,000 mark now but there is room for more; a PM will get my email for a PayPal donation.

How's your lid fitting now, worthy cause fair play to all. Hope your daughter enjoyed her birthday. We have all been touched somewhere along the way by cancer I wish your friends the best on the next chapter of their lives.
