Clutching at straws

Done some searching but only came up with one result...

Anyone know of aftermarket full clutch kits inc baskets that are available for 800 gs? Ive been quoted £500 from BMW which seems a bit steep. Any options available apart from the crazy 700 quid jobby thats been suggested in other posts.

The bike has only done 16000 on road miles and the clutch is fried and the basket is scored. Dont know if by replacing the plates it will be ok or i may need a another.

Any suggestions?

You shouldnt need to replace the basket unless anything is snapped off it al all, so i would certainly try the replacing the plates first and getting some stiffer springs to put in there and see where you go from there.

Or the other option is to look round the breakers and see what they can come up with.
