My partner and I both have a R1250 GSA. Mine is a 70 plate and hers is a 69 plate.

We noticed a sign on her display which I don't have on mine and from a bit of googling it appears to be that it's a coding Plug which gives her Pro modes. I also have Pro modes but no sign to say I have a coding Plug.

So question is. Are right that it is a sign to say there is a coding Plug installed. If so, does it indeed provide pro modes. And if we are still on the right track how come I have Pro modes and no plug.

The newer models didn’t need the coding plug as it was a software thing. For some older models they needed a plug that should have been supplied with the bike and from new it’s attached to the seat as per pics. The second shows it plugged in 👍
