I had the good fortune to purchase my 1998 R1100GS from Jeff at Colwyn Bay back in 1998, and his Chief Mechanic Gary is Fantastic,

Last year, he let the B*W side go because they wanted him to be a Solas dealer, which I can't understand, B*W can't see that bikers are not like car drivers, a multi bike dealer, works in the favour of B*W as more people are exposed to their products, and are more likely to buy them, I understand this is the game, ie to sell more bikes!!.

Anyway they still do all my servicing , repair and tyre replacements offering maybe not the cheapest but one of the best if not the best services I have every come across.

CB repaired my 650 after a tw@t knocked me off in Llandudno when I used to work there. Did a very good job.

I recall that they were criticised in the Ride mystery shopper feature about servicing, albeit not as badly as many.

Shame they are giving up the B*Ws..

Jeff sold me a second hand 650 at a good price. 2 weeks later I lost the keys he had a replacement set to me within 24hrs all at no charge.....NICE GUY!

I'll second all the positive comments about Jeff and Colwyn Bay M/C. All great guys, Jeff always threatening to come on a ride with me and the lads very friendly.
