Commando Silencers on a 90/6 or /7

Anybody done it? Where did you get the adapters to fit?

I've been doing more work on my 90/6 project. it's at the first build stage where the bike can be ridden about but looks a mess while I sort out how it's all going to look.

I've got a set of stainless custom made downpipes in the secret stash, unfortunately one has a hefty dent in the bend. I've a pair of stainless silencers as well but no adapter to match up with the BMW exhaust mount. It was a fairly common mod at one point so the parts must have come from somewhere.

Complete system. The downpipes need a scrub, it's just the dent letting them down. Sito silencers anyone?

I saw this done with a pair of B and G pipes that were on my 100/7

Use a bit of Angle Iron or thick alloy and fix one side to the standard mount and then if you need higher make the other side point up or as was done on my one make the side point downwards and affix the silencers

Looks quite neat with rounded corners etc etc
