Connectors under tool tray, What do they do?

Just removed an autocom fitted by a previous owner, removed tool tray under seat and there is another tray, with a yellow relay, but also a connector, which has yellow/black wires going into it. There seems to be an alternative wire to plug into it which is white/black.

Anyone know why there are two connctors and what do they do - lso what does the relay do?

Is it a round plug, about 15mm diameter? Diagnostic plug IIRC if it is.

The Starter Relay lives under the seat....

Thanks for the layout pics, best as I can make out its is listed for the ABS, so I'm assuming the black/white connector is used if the bike was produced without ABS option. One CANBUS for both models
