Conversion programs for Garmin to TT Rider

Does anyone know if it is possible to get a piece of software that will convert Garmin route files so that they can be imported and read by a Tom Tom Rider and then used to follow the route?

We are looking into how we can share routes at my Bike club and it seems logical to be able to share across systems. I know lots of you will say just sell the TT and get a Garmin but that's not currently an option.

Morning Simon,

Have a look on the web for itnConv (hopefully this link may work http://benichougps.blogspot.com/) Just click on the Union flag to get the English page.

I had it working with previous versions of Mapsource routes, but it may not like the latest one. If it doesn't work, it does a good job on Autoroute to Rider itn files, which is at least an easier job than manually planning the route on the Rider.

POIEdit also works http://www.poiedit.com/

Same garmin .gdb as .gpx, then convert to .ov2 format. I have only tried this with waypoints, not routes.
