Coordinates Converter

I was trying to plan a route from a list of places on a Website with OS coordinates, however neither my sat-nav or google maps accepted these.

I searched this site and found nothing, but a quick google brought this up:

http://www.nearby.org.uk/coord.cgi

It converts to several formats and can do postcodes, I do not understand all the differences as there appears to be about 5 types some very similar but not the same.

Just bashed around in sat-nav software until I found the ones that lined up.

You can make your Garmin Mapsource to work in UK OS Co-Ordinates.
Its in Preferences.

This can be used to make a route in OS co-ordinates
http://wtp2.appspot.com/wheresthepath.htm

Then sent to your Mapsource files.
