Corroding Terminals

Just like Garmin to put the +ve and ground pins close together on the Zumo mount, I'm getting corrosion via electrolysis causing the dreaded blue affect. How have others got around this - inline switch? a pressure switch?

I've got mine set to come on when the ignition is on, but sometimes I don't use the GPS and get caught in the rain.

A squirt of ACF-50 or WD-40 on the terminals. Works for me.

also on the rubber terminal cover, it perishes easily!
