Hi guys, I need to send two wheels plus tyres to England, what's the best way to send them as I realise they aren't the lightest thing to send, any courier I should use etc? Thanks

Countrywide freight .

For a no messing , competitively priced , collection & Delivery { WHEN THEY SAY } on time every single time , i Always use countrywide
freight . The Pricing will depend if the Address is on one of their Arterial
routes throughout the UK , For a cheaper price , you can have the Goods collected at one of their UK Addresses .
I find Gerry , at their London Office to be on the Ball , regardless ,01753 683 666 .Talk to him about what you want , and what price you have factored into your deal , and he can tell you whats required ... I find Carina , to have the sexiest S.E. accent i have ever heard
and would Gladly pin er on voice alone..........
These Guys have Collected and delivered my last 3 bikes from the UK to Ireland ,, for less than the price of the boat !...

This sounds like an Ad , but i have tried most of the freight companies
and this one works for me.

Thanks guys, I'll check out parcels2go first then price the other two as well.

Will let you know which ones works out best.

Civil I'm sure Carina has a sexy voice but as I'd be more inclined toward the male of the species she'd need to sound like Sean Connery for me to want to phone her :aidan

Who said anything about phoning her , I said PIN er
which is a completely different kettle o Fish altogether !,, She works for countrywide sex lines , they also "" Do Freight ""

Just used AnyVan to do a similar job - never used it before, you put an advert up and couriers pitch for the job.

Works well, very pleased with the courier that answered my advert and my stuff got there on time without a hitch. :thumb2

interesting , whats the addy , ? ,,

Tried out shiply, it works the same way as anyvan, if I had more time to wait for the reply I think it would be a good job, will keep them in mind for next time.

Anyway found ParcelHero which was cheapest at £40 nearly half the price of Parcelforce but since it was three day delivery the buyer opted for DHL Next Day which was £52, not bad I guess for a 50kg parcel.
