I moderate the South East Area thread and in my case its just cleaning up old and no longer relevant threads.

In the case of some of the general ones like music and beakchat I guess it takes the form of encourager too.

But in principle to reduce the workload for the beaver headed one so he can enjoy a repast of marmshite or two
