get the impressions done whilst you can .... and pay for them. hold off ordering a product untill you have had time to assess the others available...
That way you will have the impressions ready for when you are happy with a supplier ;)

They work well.

Judge of this parish - who does work with / for them - has good things to say about the Q Tips.

Some of the ordering / delivery may have been a bit delayed of late, only as I hear / know they have had a massive contract to retro-fit our brave fighting lads to save their hearing.

I certainly didn't have any problems. There again, I never have to wait for TT orders either.

Buy with confidence.

I'm getting ear impressions taken next week for custom ear plugs made by Ultimate ear.

just need help on which ones to get

So is it the UEP 75 (monitors) or the UEP 75 Q tips?

anyone had any issues with them?

mine work a treat - never had any problems. haven't any experience of alternative brands to compare.

Don't get me wrong, with the above comments

I had/have no problems with Ultimate products.

I have the Q tips and the plain ol' custom plugs for when i don't need/want the GPS or tunes.:D

There have been numerous comments as to the waiting times, lack of perceived customer care etc... Maybe down to what 'wapping' mentions in his post regarding a 'Forces' contract. If this is/was the case - there PR/Customer Care should have gone into turbo mode and made people aware of the delay concerning the civillian stuff.:nenau

I have had my Q tips for over 12 months now and they are brilliant. I don't use them everyday so cannot pass judgement on the ruggedness. There is no doubt that you do need to be carefull and treat them with the due respect they deserve.

I've had mine for years now without any issues :thumb2

I would completely recommend them for function and comfort.
