Anyone used these?

http://www.customearphones.co.uk/

I have used the Etymotic ER6i earbuds before to listen to music while riding. They offer extremely good sound isolation and therefore the MP3 player (or in my case the DAB radio) doesn't need to be turned up particularly loud to counteract the helmet noise etc.

Mine are now broken so I am looking for a replacement - ER6i again - but thought I might look at the custom fit. Very expensive but probably worth it.

Not used or seen them in the flesh but....

Looking at the design, you are likely to struggle to get them to fit correctly under your helmet....

It would depend on your helmet to a degree, if there is enough space in the ear cavity of the helmet so that the drivers don't have any pressure on them, fine. The slightest pressure could move them sufficiently to open the seal in the ear canal thereby losing the benefit of the custom moulding.
