I've been using CW's for over 25 years!! Dave and Wally have become good mates as have all who work there. They were tops for years in the Rider Power Survey as best dealership. After 33 years of riding big boys bikes I have yet to find a better bike garage.
join their Rider Club too, good deals and great trips!!

Yep agee with above ,i have only used them for mail order, but always brilliant with great advice and good prices 
This should be moved to the dealers section otherwise it'll just sink to page two and be forgotten about.

Had them stick a new sight glass in my 850 the other day, only noticed it was leaking as I loaded it on my trailer for a week down south in our caravan. Popped in monday, booked for wednesday and a loan 1200 to test as well.
They get my thumbs up. They are only the second dealer I'd ever recommend, ex Honda dealer, Mick Berrils in Northampton being the other.

Bought my first bike from CWs last month, very pleasant team to deal/chat/enquire with and very generous with the test ride prior to purchase- 2 outings at 1 hour each and a no pressure sale.
Also they offered and fitted my Optimate plug in socket at no charge after buying the Optimate from them.
As yet not had any feedback, email or otherwise from the Riders Club though.

Well they've just impressed me again.
My 850 is probably overdue an alternator belt renewal, so I thought I'd get one ordered up and do it as part of a pre winter service I'll be doing soon.
I've also lost a plug cover again, so want another one of those too.
Looked at Motorworks and Sherlocks websites, then rang CW as i'm visiting Dorset this weekend and they are cheaper than both the others and thats before I'd have to add postage

I help administer the Rider Club newsgroup, if you want to PM your email address I can make sure you're on there. But it has been very quiet on there for a while, the last email sent was on September 28th.

I've been a customer since the mid 80's and have only ever bought one bike from another dealer in all that time. They've always been really good, have never let me down and always treat me really well.
They did top the Ride Survey for several years but due to technical problems with the survey over the last couple of years they've been left off of the results. This was a problem that Ride refused to acknowledge the first year but as most of the customers took it further last year they have (hopefully) fixed the problem this year.

Called in there last week as I was half hour early for my ferry from Weymouth. Very helpful without being pushy. I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the prices for clothing were. Knowledgeable staff who were friendly as well. I even got my wallet out and bought a couple of things.
